• Your address is used only to send you a physical letter, if you opt in
• Your conversation history is used only to power Maya's responses
• We do not sell, share, or use any of this data for advertising

We retain your data for as long as your game is active plus 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@playloregames.com.

We use the following services to operate:

• Twilio (SMS and voice delivery)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Railway (hosting and database)
• Anthropic (AI that powers Maya)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not authorize them to use your data for any purpose beyond delivering Wrong Number to you.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@playloregames.com.

If we change this policy materially, we will notify waitlist members by email before the change takes effect.

Wrong Number is a work of interactive fiction delivered via SMS. It is a game. All characters, events, organizations, and situations are invented. Maya Reyes is not a real person.

You must be 17 or older to participate. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.

By submitting your phone number you consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from Lore Studios as part of the Wrong Number experience. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text STOP at any time to end all messages permanently. Text HELP for help.

Wrong Number is free to start. At a certain point in the story you will be required to make a one-time payment of $4.99 to continue. Additional optional payments may be offered as story choices. You will never be charged without actively choosing to make a payment.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the live, personalized nature of the experience, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the story has started. If you experience a technical issue, contact hello@playloregames.com.

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the experience for other players. You agree not to harass, threaten, or send illegal content through the platform. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms.

All content, characters, story, and design are owned by Lore Studios. Wrong Number and Maya Reyes are original works of fiction. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the experience without written permission.
